Natural State 3D Works (NS3DW) makes most items to order, personalized with your names, numbers, logos, and colors. Because of that, our policy treats custom work differently from stock items. We want you happy with what you receive. If something is wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Custom and personalized products (bag tags, keychains, coasters, challenge coins, instrument tags, and any made-to-order print) are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. For that reason:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered because of an error on our side, we will remake it or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.
Please double-check spelling, numbers, colors, and design details before you order or approve a proof. Items printed correctly to the details you provided are not eligible for a refund for a change of mind or a typo in the submitted information, but we are always glad to quote a corrected reprint.
Any non-personalized, stock item may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Email Anthony.Fondren@ns3dw.com with your name, the email used to order, what you ordered, and a short description (plus a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect). We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Square.
Production times vary with order size and our current schedule. If anything affects your timeline, you will hear about it from us before it becomes a problem. Quoted timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
