Privacy Policy

Natural State 3D Works (NS3DW) is a small, veteran-owned business in Rogers, Arkansas. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to fill your order and answer your questions, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

• Order and contact details -- your name, email, and the personalization details you provide (names, numbers, logos, colors) so we can make and deliver your order.
• Quote requests -- the name, email, message, and any file you choose to attach when you request a quote.
• Reviews -- if you submit a review, the name, text, rating, and photo you provide. Reviews are shown publicly only after we approve them.
• Payment details -- card payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your order.
• To respond to your quote requests and questions.
• To send you updates about your specific order.

We do not send marketing spam, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make the order work, and only as needed:

• Square -- processes payments securely.
• Resend -- delivers quote and order emails to us.
• Google -- we log orders in a private spreadsheet to track and fulfill them.

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Cookies and your cart

Your shopping cart is stored on your own device (in your browser) so it remembers what you added. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Anthony.Fondren@ns3dw.com and we will take care of it. Note that we may need to keep basic order records for tax and accounting purposes.

Children

Our store is intended for adults placing orders. Many of our products are made for schools and families, but purchases and accounts should be handled by an adult.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the current version.
